Stephen Richardson
Stephen RichardsonDirector
Stephen is a Civil Engineer qualified in Project Management, with over 25 years experience in delivering infrastructure projects within the UK. He specialises in the delivery of electric vehicle infrastructure and cycle hire schemes across London.

During his time as a project manager Stephen has held senior roles in the delivery of major infrastructure projects within London and the UK such as HRN1, managing the infrastructure build for over 5,500 new homes; London cycle hire, delivering over 570 stations and 8000 bikes; and TfL STIP, delivering four road-over-rail bridges within London.

Paul Ayres

Experienced corporate executive with deep knowledge of TMT, Health and Education Sectors.

Paul was on the pre-IPO executive management teams at Netscape and Realnetworks, led the management buy-out at Authoriszor and has advised numerous start-ups in the areas of both strategy, fund raising and new business development.

He has CEO and executive management experience in UK, Europe, Asia and US ranging from start-ups to multi-billion-revenue, publicly traded companies. He is visiting lecturer on entrepreneurship at Henley Management College and London School of Communication Arts.

Peter Howe

After a successful 25 year trading and banking career in London and Zurich, Peter returned to London in 2013 where he and two partners launched a private equity investment house in Mayfair.

He was one of the founders of Oxygen Freejumping, the UK’s number one trampoline park operator. He also advises numerous companies on corporate finance and growth. His knowledge and extensive contacts in UK and Europe, where he lived for 18 years, greatly add to our team.

Nicholas Dobie

Nicholas is a qualified Civil Engineer and is the company director and co-founder of Intelligent Transport Services Limited (ITS), a traffic and transportation engineering consultancy which is the market leader in traffic management for major sporting events, public cycle hire schemes, and the design and installation of electric vehicle charge points.

In his capacity at ITS, Nicholas has held senior and influential roles in the delivery of major transport projects within London and the UK such as London Cycle Hire Scheme, London 2012 Olympic Games, 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2016 Rugby World Cup.

Richard Clements
Richard ClementsCMO
Richard began his career in fundraising within the sports entertainment business and moved into Formula One, mainly involved with sponsorship projects for a variety of teams.

He later worked in the world of finance and, after a successful career funding various tech and infrastructure projects, he set up a small private equity firm based in Mayfair with two other partners, one being Peter Howe. Richard is the joint founder and one of the owners of Oxygen Freejumping, a chain of trampoline parks across the UK.

Victor Tawse
Victor TawseFinance Director
Victor is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a BCom in Accounting Science. Prior to Connected Kerb he was Finance Director at Achilles Group, a high growth supply chain risk and performance management company.

Victor has held senior finance roles across a range of industry sectors including technology, energy and professional services for various companies in both the UK and South Africa such as RWE Npower Renewables, where he supported the development, construction and operation of numerous wind farm sites including the UK’s first major offshore renewable project.

Chris Pateman-Jones
Chris Pateman-JonesProduct and Strategy lead
Chris has joined the Connected Kerb team to lead Product and Strategy. He is an experienced infrastructure executive, with extensive commercial, innovation and strategy experience, developing projects in the energy and commodities sectors – with Bechtel and more recently as a Director at Ernst & Young.
