Please note: the time it takes to charge depends on the car battery size which can vary greatly.
Our 7kW chargers can take on average 9-10 hours to fully charge, while our 22kW will take around 4-5 hours.
You need your own cable with a Type 2 connector.
Please note that many of our charging points are not EV dedicated bays. These decisions are made by our clients, i.e. local authorities. However, we welcome feedback and monitor bays being occupied to share the information with the councils who can in turn decide to block these bays to petrol or diesel cars.

An RFID card is more commonly known as a swipe card. Examples include hotel room cards, supermarket loyalty cards and work passes. If you have one, just register it via the Connected Kerb app. Follow these easy steps to register and assign your own card to your account.
Registered RFID cards can then be used to initiate a charge at any of our charging points, however, you can only top up through the Connected Kerb app which is why we encourage you to use it for all your charging needs in order to get the best charging experience.
Tap drop down menu icon, top left corner of the app, then tap your account name, scroll down and tap “Remove account”.

Our vision is EV access for all, which is why our solution can be tailored for those without a driveway or the capacity to charge at home. We want to bring the convenience of home charging to all people.
The more demand we gather from you, your friends, neighbours and family, the more we can help you realise these ambitions by working with your local representatives.
When petrol and diesel vehicles - or internal combustion engine vehicles (ICE) - park in spaces intended for electric vehicles, this is commonly referred to as ICEing.
This can be very frustrating for Electric Vehicle (EV) drivers intending to charge their vehicles. The term can also be applied in cases where EV or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) take up these valuable spaces with no intention of charging. It is essential that nobody gets left behind on your EV journey which is why we aim to support EV users without driveways or the capacity to charge their vehicle at home.
With patchy traffic regulation enforcement across the country, we would be happy to support the local community by reporting instances to the local council.
