Watts Up?...With Belinda Cotter

April's edition of 'Watts Up?' meets Belinda Cotter, our Delivery and Operations Manager who joined us in July 2021.

What does your role involve?

I have a varied role here at Connected Kerb, focusing on customer delight. From delivering reports to network reliability, through to customer delight which is my main objective. I am constantly keeping an eye on our network, ensuring that the network is reliable for the users, flagging any faults and having these fixed. Also assisting any users that may have questions, queries or need assistance whilst at our charging points.

What do you most enjoy about your role?

Customer delight - the interaction with clients and customers. I love assisting customers at charging points, listening to their needs and acting on their feedback. I always try to exceed their expectations.

What is the biggest challenge in your role?

Having a small team. It was just me, but the team is growing along with the business and dedicated staff who have the same passion to delight customers, have joined the team

Why did you join Connected Kerb?

I love what Connected Kerb stands for. The company came across as wanting to listen to their customers and putting the customer’s needs first promoting EV accessibility and affordability for everyone.
