'Watts Up?' with...Joseph Moore

July's edition of 'Watts Up?' meets Joseph Moore, Business Development Manager for  Residential Retrofit, who joined the business in 2021 after recruiting many existing Connected Kerb staff into their roles...

Headshot - Joseph Moore 1-min

What does your role involve?

The role involves me supporting managing agents and freeholders of apartment complexes and retrofit building by providing a scalable and cost-effective infrastructure solution to allow residents to have an EV charging point that is accessible for when they decide to make the transition towards and EV.

What do you most enjoy about your role?

I'd say finding a solution to a problem. Electric vehicle charge point installation isn’t a one- size-fits-all. Car parks and open areas come with a world of complications but I love being amongst it trying to find a solution that works for everyone.

What is the biggest challenge in your role?

Working within a small team so having to wear many different hats, its also the part I love the most about the role !

Why did you join Connected Kerb?

I first heard of Connected Kerb when I was working as their external recruitment partner. I completely fell in love with the mission and values of the business from day one. I was hooked. Connected Kerb brought me on and the rest is history!

How would you describe Connected Kerb in three words.

Genuine, empowering and dynamic.
